HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping for items purchased ranges from $7.95 to $12.57 to the 48 contiguous states and will be shown at checkout. The cost of shipping for “Nexgen VIP members” is free 2-day shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have 3 different shipping methods, depending on customers’ VIP status and destination address:
Standard – UPS 4-5 Day Shipping VIP Member – Fedex 2 Day Shipping PO Box – USPS 7 Day Shipping
IMPORTANT NOTE – All orders are processed the NEXT day after an order is placed, excluding weekends. This is important because it adds at least 1 extra day of shipping time.
For example, if your order is placed on Wednesday, that means it won’t get sent out until Thursday. However, if your order is placed on Friday, that means it won’t get sent out until Monday (because our shipping center is closed weekends.)
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please note that Nexgen is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed in transit. You may reach out to us (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is processed by us) with the correct shipping address, contact us for assistance as soon as possible. Changing shipping address is not guaranteed
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Check the tracking number provided and see if it is still in transit on your receipt. Check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please contact us.
For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
